ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. This Campaign is open to new clients of Ultima Markets This campaign is available to eligible clients only. Only clients who see the campaign displayed in their Client Portal are eligible to participate. By participating in this Campaign, the client acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herewith and Ultima Markets’ Client Agreement.
2. New clients are required to register an account with Ultima Markets prior to opt-in for this Campaign.
3. To become a new client of Ultima Markets, it is necessary to register with Ultima Markets, provide all relevant information upon request as part of “KYC” (Know Your Customer) process and create a Live Account.
4. A new client is defined as an individual who has never registered for a live trading account with Ultima Markets and whose application has been accepted by Ultima Markets. Ultima Markets reserves the right to independently assess whether the applicant has any association with other existing account holders of Ultima Markets, including holders of previously closed accounts, to determine the applicant's eligibility as a new client.
5. This Campaign is applicable to all types of Live Accounts.
6. Clients who wish to participate in the Ultima Welcome Boost promotion must manually CLICK the opt-in button on the promotion page to successfully enter. Upon successful entry, clients will be able to access the trading panel in their portal, where they can deposit to claim rewards.
7. Accounts linked to PAMM and/or MAM will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.

CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

Clients must complete the required net deposit amount within the promotion period to receive the corresponding reward:

More than equal to USD300 or above	Upgrade to Loyalty Rank - PRO

Net Deposit = Total Deposits – Total Withdrawals

Clients who perform withdrawals that causes the balance to be below the required amount or result in zero/negative net deposit will not qualify for rewards.
Internal transfers, balance, cash adjustments, Introducing Broker or Affiliate rebates, or commissions will not be considered as a deposit and are not eligible for this Campaign.
Clients will be auto-upgraded to PRO Rank on a weekly basis once they have completed the requirements.
For this campaign, Client who receives PRO Rank will have their rank maintained for a total of 90-days, regardless of their Notional Trading Volume (NV).
Upon achieving "Loyalty Programme - Pro Rank," the Client's campaign status shall be deemed Completed. Subsequent changes to the Client’s net deposit will have no effect on this status, and the assigned rank shall remain for 90-days.
Clients who participate in this campaign will be subjected to Ultima Welcome Boost's Terms and Conditions. Once the client has been added into the Loyalty Programme, they will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Programme
Clients are allowed to participate in other Campaign, Promotion and/or Offer along with this Campaign.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, these Terms apply to all campaigns, offers, and/or promotions (collectively referred to as “Campaigns”) organized by Ultima Markets.
2. All Campaigns are subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements and are governed by the final decision of Ultima Markets.
3. Clients must ensure their participation complies with the laws of their jurisdiction and that they understand the related legal risks.
4. Participation in Campaigns should not be regarded as altering one’s risk appetite or encouraging trading that is inconsistent with personal strategy.
5. Clients must independently assess and bear any risks arising from participation in Campaigns or trading activities.
6. All newly opened trading accounts are subject to review and approval by Ultima Markets.
7. Ultima Markets reserves the right to perform identity verification in accordance with AML and CFT requirements.
8. Ultima Markets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Campaign, offer, and/or promotion at any time without prior notice or compensation.
9. If a client violates these Terms or is suspected of abuse, fraud, or hedging arbitrage, Ultima Markets may reject or cancel participation and withdraw, adjust, or deduct any reward or benefit.
10. Ultima Markets retains full discretion to determine whether conduct breaches the purpose or spirit of any Campaign.
11. Ultima Markets shall not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, or damage (including but not limited to server failures or connection issues) arising from Campaign participation.
12. Clients acknowledge that trading carries high risks, and Ultima Markets is not responsible for individual trading outcomes.
13. Ultima Markets may amend these Terms at any time, and changes take effect upon publication on the official website.
14. Continued use of Ultima Markets services or participation in Campaigns constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. If discrepancies occur between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
16. In case of dispute, Ultima Markets’ final decision shall be binding.
ADDITIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Clients must be at least 18 years old to register and apply for an account.
2. Ultima Markets reserves the right to reject applications or suspend/cancel accounts and remove any bonuses, rewards, or benefits obtained from Campaigns.
3. Ultima Markets may, at its sole discretion, amend, suspend, or terminate any Campaign without notice or compensation.
4. Ultima Markets’ decision shall be final and conclusive, and no further explanation will be provided.
5. Unless explicitly declined in writing, Ultima Markets reserves the right to use images, data, or information related to Campaigns for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
6. These Additional Terms shall apply together with the General Terms and Conditions and have equal legal effect.
7. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
